- Defined operational support requirements for key facilities, maintenance activities, and operational procedures
- Coordinated SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for specific server support with CONUS Engineer Teleconferences, and direct support by deploying SME’s into the project site

Position: Manager - ALSSM (Administrative Logistical Security Specialist)
- Implemented acquisition procedures that reduced costs and provided consistent contract support services to the DOS mission in Iraq
- Evaluated the project’s logistical effectiveness, and implemented the “Lessons Learned” to the current operational processes and procedures.

- Managed MICAP supply chain support for 400+ aircraft with the GOLD / MIRO esp.
- Assigned to special projects overseeing the MICAP C-130 & AWACS issues at Depot, which contributed to an 80% fully-mission capable rate
- Key Depot Analyst, focused on budgetary funds, performing a study for the General Staff on inventory dollar productivity, for their current 350,000 line-item numbers managed in the F-15 program
- Subsequent to the productivity study; a supplementary report was created that defined the program’s strategic requirements. This corrected misallocated funds that had manifested in non-mission capable aircraft, even though budgets had continued to increase year over year

- Initiated the Elevated Sensors BETSS-C project, deployed prototype ground surveillance equipment throughout West Iraq and Eastern Afghanistan.
