Over 20+ years of continuous Project Management, Contracts Manager experience with a focused concentration in the following areas: Project, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) operations; employed to advise/train the third-largest FMS F-15 aircraft account in the world. Armed with a degree in Project Management with honors (Magna Cum Laude).

Past and present years of accumulated experience include technician, supervisory-level, and management positions directly responsible for guiding 120+ direct employees in various States and the Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries. I have extensive experience in Change Management in thinly staffed and multicultural offices where cross-training teamwork skills are critical to project success. In addition to my management and logistical experience, I was allowed to train hundreds of entry-level staff on safety on compliance initiatives and essential Material Handling Equipment (MHE). I've focused on Management Teams on how to succeed as a single unit; in different environments, on unique platforms, on several different subjects.
